SMS AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS

 

All clubs meet from 2:00–3:00 PM unless noted. Come get involved and have fun!

🎮 Gaming Club (2:15-3:00)

Meets: Mondays

Gaming Club is a fun, inclusive space to relax and connect. Play Mario Kart, World of Warcraft, chess, and board games while building strategy, teamwork, and friendships.

📚 Homework Club (2:15-3:00)

Meets: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Need help with schoolwork? Come to Homework Club for a quiet place to catch up, complete assignments, and get one-on-one tutoring from SMS teachers.

🤼 Wrestling Club

Meets: Mondays (2:15pm-3:00pm) and Wednesdays (2:45pm-3:45pm)

Open to all skill levels! Learn the fundamentals of wrestling, build strength and confidence, and train in a supportive, disciplined environment.

🎨 Art Club (2:15-3:15)

Meets: Tuesdays in Room S3

Express your creativity through painting, sculpting, drawing, and more! Supplies are provided — just bring your imagination.

🧶 Crochet Club

Meets: Fridays in Room N6

Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come learn, share, and enjoy crocheting with friends in Mrs. Anderson’s classroom.

🚲 Bike Club

Meets: Mondays (in the cafeteria) End Date October 27th until Spring

Learn bike repair, maintenance, and improve your riding skills. Bring your bike and helmet — or borrow one from us!

🏡 Boys & Girls Club @ SMS

Meets: Daily from 2:00–6:00 PM (Start at SMS, pick-up at Boys & Girls Club 1200 12th St Sparks, NV 89431) Join us for FREE after-school fun! Activities include homework help, sports, art, music, leadership development, and career readiness in a safe, supportive environment.
